When preparing risk assessment documents for a school field trip, it’s important to ensure that all potential risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated. Here is a general outline of what these documents should include:
Trip Details:
Date and duration of the trip
Destination and itinerary
Purpose of the trip
Number of students and staff attending
Contact Information:
Emergency contact numbers for staff
Contact details for the destination
Local emergency services contact information
Risk Identification:
Transportation risks (e.g., accidents, delays)

Ensure that all staff involved in the trip are familiar with the risk assessment and that a copy is accessible during the trip. Regularly review and update the document as necessary, especially if there are changes to the itinerary or participants.
These holistic activities are designed to support students’ emotional and mental well-being, encourage personal growth, and prepare them for future challenges. Each session aims to be engaging and meaningful, fitting into the 15-minute homeroom time effectively. The whole year program includes monthly tasks (from September until end of June) and weekly activities for each task for the whole school across the grades (years), from Grade 1 to Grade 12. This program is suitalbe for any school or curriculum, as it serves well-being, holistic education.
E-safety & Anti-bullying Whole School Assembly is in both English and Chinese languages. It includes three educational videos (explaining types of bullying, cyberbullying and e-safety, question and answers and finding your happiness activity (with the balloons).
Whole School ‘LOVE’ Assembly and activities to foster team-work, team spirit and compassion. This is an active school assembly (can be done outside or in the sports hall, etc.).
What is the House system. Students can be selected/divided and introduced to Houses , House Captains selection and election, House attributes and House logo design competition.
Instructions are in both languages: English and Chinese.

The differentiated across 5-11y.o. the kindness calendars featuring The Snowman and The Snowdog PHSE activity. The calendars will include a range of fun activities featuring our friends The Snowman and The Snowdog to help children (aged 5 to 11) learn about kindness, the importance of having connections and friendships with others, and how to cope with change.
It is a chance for the students must create a Winter Windows scene using the cut outs included in the Snowman activity pack. Followed by a competition.
Kindness activity and Tackling loneliness: Use a range of mixed media (including the videos) resources to explore loneliness and how we can help people who feel lonely.
